Hey, I’m Tom —

and I’m pumped you’re here.

My mission is to help 10,000 people feel better, move better, and stay healthier for longer — because what’s the point of living a long life if you can’t enjoy it?

I’ve been in the fitness game for over a decade, working as a personal trainer, small group instructor, and CrossFit coach. That range of experience taught me one big thing: there's no one-size-fits-all approach to health — but there are some fundamentals that work for just about everyone.

My training philosophy centers around the core (it’s called the core for a reason, right?). I focus on functional strength, free weights, and unilateral movements — the kind of training that builds real-world strength and wakes up muscles that have been on an extended coffee break.

I’m a Certified Functional Strength Coach and fully believe that functional fitness is the secret sauce to moving better and living pain-free — not just for the next few months, but for the next few decades.

Outside the gym, you’ll find me traveling the world with my wife, manning the firetruck as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, cooking up something healthy(ish), or geeking out behind a camera lens.
